Bistrot Aeolis and the pool bar, both adjacent to the pool, offer fresh, organic, local cuisine from Lesvos, with an international twist.!!!!!

The apartments of Aeolian Gaea Hotel are divided in 4 separate buildings, each with a distinct architectural design and decoration.

Aeolian Gaea Hotel has twelve 32 m2 guestrooms, seven 45 m2 family suites and four 60 m2 grande suites. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned, have a separate bedroom, a dining room with a fully-functional kitchen area, bathroom with hydromassage and a veranda. The family suites can easily accommodate a whole family, since they can be transformed into two-bedroom suites. Some grand suites also offer a fireplace.

Bistro Aeolis is located next to the pool of Aeolian Gaea Hotel. It features a menu of local dishes from Lesvos, with fresh, organic ingredients, most of which come from our own private garden. Taste free-range beef, the oil cheese of Lesvos, the world-known sardines of Kalloni and many other local dishes. Accompany them with your beer, Greek wine, or better with a shot of ouzo from Lesvos. All dishes are prepared with extra virgin olive oil from our private farm in the island.
